Fried Steak Bites With Chimichurri Sauce

1. Marinate the steak bites with flour, salt, black pepper, meat tenderizer, and lemon verbena for 30 minutes.

2. Boil russet potatoes whole with the skin on.

3. Prepare mashed potatoes with butter, sour cream, heavy cream, whole milk, mustard paste, salt, and black pepper. Cover and keep warm.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the steak bites in four batches. Fry each batch for two minutes on high heat and drain the excess oil.

5. Toss fried steak bites with freshly made tomato sauce and simmer on low for 5 minutes.

6. Serve steak bites with mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs and chimichurri sauce.
