Dubai Chocolate Bar Chewy Brownies

1. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan and add the shredded kadaif dough. Roast on low heat until golden. Remove from heat, add pistachio cream, mix well, transfer to a plastic sheet, roll to baking pan size, and freeze.

2. Melt 2 sticks of butter over bain marie and add chopped chocolate candy bar. Melt together and add 2 pinches of salt.

3. Combine eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add to chocolate butter mixture and combine. Sift the flour over in three additions, mixing gently each time. Fold in pistachio nuts.

4. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with parchment. Spread half the brownie batter at the bottom. Peel plastic from frozen kadaif block, place on batter, and top with remaining batter. Smooth out and sprinkle nuts and chopped chocolate on top.

5. Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 4 hours, then slice and enjoy.
